Using a Neutrino Sensor together with the Packetyzer software allows you to capture and analyze 802.11 packets from your desktop, as easily as capturing Ethernet packets.

The Neutrino Sensor captures all 802.11 packets and then forwards the captures packets over the Ethernet network to Packetyzer for analysis and display.

• Do 802.11 packet capture and analysis on a desktop PC. Instead of dedicating a laptop to 802.11 packet capture, now you can do it from a desktop PC, but still place the Neutrino Sensor within range of the 802.11 signals.
• Share one Neutrino among multiple users. Since the Neutrino Sensor is connected to the LAN, it can be shared among multiple users. Keep in mind that only one person can use the sensor at a time.
• Use multiple Neutrino Sensors from one location. Sensors can be deployed in remote locations, such as branch offices, and used for remote troubleshooting.
• Open source friendly. Neutrino Senors can be used with open source programs like Kismet, Snort and Ethereal.
