How much are the shipping charges?
The shipping charges depend on location and are calculated automatically at check-out. However, they probably will not exceed $20 for a 1 sensor package and $30 for a 3 sensor package in North America. Internationally a 1 sensor package tends to be around $70 for Europe and around $100 for Asia and rest of world. For a 3 sensor package prices typically are $120 to Europe and $150 to Asia and rest of world. All orders have a $15 handling fee and are shipped with UPS.

How long is the delivery time?
It depends on your location. We usually ship within 3 business days and after that the order can be followed via the tracking number. Expedited shipping can be made available by selecting the appropriate shipping method during checkout.

Can I pay in my local currency?
If you use credit card the amount is automatically converted to the local currency.

Is my credit card secure?
Yes, Network Chemistry uses SSL encryption when customers are prompted to enter credit card information ensuring critical financial information is secure.

What's the difference between the Fusion version and Client-Server version of the RFprotect system software?
The RFprotect Fusion software is a single Windows-based application that integrates the GUI, Analytics Master, and databases. It supports multiple distributed sensors but is intended to run for a single user. This software is included within the pilot packages at no additional charge. The RFprotect Client-Server software separates the GUI in a client software component and the Analytics Master and databases in a server software component. It is a more functional and scalable solution, supporting more sensors and multiple users can access the system at the same time. The software is separately priced and not included in the pilot packages.
