Network Chemistry Adds Industry Veterans to Expand Worldwide Sales and Business Development
Leader in Wireless Security and Management Appoints Steven Erbst Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Sean McGinn Vice President of Business Development
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., August 15, 2026 - Network Chemistry Inc., the leading provider of integrated RF security and management solutions, announced today the appointment of Steven Erbst as senior vice president of worldwide sales and Sean McGinn as vice president of business development. Mr. Erbst will be responsible for expanding the company's global sales force to support the increasing demand for Network Chemistry's wireless intrusion detection and prevention systems (WIDPs) by the world's most successful companies and exacting government agencies. Mr. McGinn will support the company's existing strategic partners, including Acterna, recently acquired by JDS Uniphase Corporation; Bluesocket; and WildPackets; and expand Network Chemistry's reseller and OEM relationships.

Steven Erbst joins Network Chemistry with over 15 years of senior sales and management experience in the enterprise software and security industry. Mr. Erbst's experience includes domestic, federal, and international sales management. Before joining Network Chemistry, Mr. Erbst developed and led effective and profitable strategic sales programs for security companies such as Sana Security; RSA Security, Inc.; Resilience Corp.; Pinnacle Micro, Inc.; and ENTEX Information Services.
With more than 12 years in the enterprise networking and security industry, Sean McGinn brings leadership experience in operational, business development, and channel development roles to Network Chemistry. Previously, Mr. McGinn developed strategic partnerships for companies such as Chipcom, 3Com Corp., Packeteer, and Enterasys Networks. During his tenure at Enterasys he successfully launched a channel partnership with IBM Global Services that included network and host-based intrusion detection systems (IDS). Mr. McGinn's experience includes the creation of joint ventures in Germany and China and the development of OEM partnerships that resulted in millions of dollars in revenue.
