Network Chemistry Expands Management Team to Support Company's Rapid Growth

Leader in Wireless Security and Management Appoints Brian de Haaff Vice President of Product Management and Marketing and Dilip Kuppuswami Vice President of Finance

REDWOOD CITY, CA - August 8, 2026 - Network Chemistry Inc., the leading provider of integrated RF security and management solutions, announced today the appointment of Brian de Haaff as vice president of product management and marketing, and Dilip Kuppuswami as vice president of finance. Brian de Haaff will drive all strategic product planning, corporate and channel marketing, and media and analyst relations. Kuppuswami will oversee and manage all financial activities and administration.

"Brian and Dilip have vast amounts of experience working with public and private network infrastructure companies and proven track records of successfully building industry-leading companies," said Rob Markovich, Network Chemistry's president and CEO. "They both have strong management and strategic planning skills that will help Network Chemistry to keep pace with the tremendous demand for its products from enterprises and government agencies that are looking to gain visibility into potential threats in their environment, protect their infrastructure, and enforce "no wireless policies."

Brian de Haaff has worked for the last 12 years in strategic planning, product management, and marketing in the networking industry. Most recently, he was the senior director of product management and marketing for Netli. Previously, he served as the director of product management at RouteScience, which was acquired by Avaya. He also managed Concentric Network's DSL service line and helped grow the division's revenue to over $30 million in two years, contributing to the acquisition of the company by XO Communications.

Kuppuswami joins Network Chemistry with over 20 years of financial management experience in the high-tech industry. Previously, he was controller at FineGround Networks, recently acquired by Cisco Systems, where he was responsible for finance and administration. Kuppuswami also held senior financial management positions at Internet Barter, Synopsys, Netframe Systems, and BEI. As a financial expert in the areas of business planning and venture funding, Kuppuswami has also acted as a consultant for a number of start-up companies.
