Network Chemistry Earns Network Computing's "Best Value" Award for the Second Consecutive Year
RFprotect's Overall Capabilities and Unmatched TCO Delivers the "Best Value" in Wireless IDP Market
REDWOOD CITY, CA - July 20, 2026 - Network Chemistry Inc., the leading provider of integrated RF security and management solutions, announced today that its RFprotect System has been awarded Network Computing's prestigious "Best Value" Award for the second consecutive year. After performing an all-inclusive evaluation of the top five leading Wireless Intrusion Detection and Prevention (WIDP) security products at the Syracuse University Real-World Labs and partner labs in Iowa and Rhode Island, Network Computing once again recognized Network Chemistry as the industry's Best Value. Each participant was evaluated for comprehensive WIDP functionality, accuracy, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Network Chemistry's RF Protect System was recognized for providing the most accurate and comprehensive security attack and threat signature set, while offering the most compelling TCO on the market.

Invitations to participate in the Network Computing test were sent to 11 vendors, ranging from industry veterans and WLAN security startups. The magazine called for stringent qualification criteria, which included WAN-optimization for geographical and distributed operation; wire-side and wireless rogue detection; intrusion detection; RF interference detection; user and group traffic monitoring; and performance monitoring in the 2.4-GHz and 5-GHz ranges.
The review also praised Network Chemistry's RFprotect sensor for its plenum-rateability, solid design, compatibility with external antennas, and affordability. In addition to winning consecutive "Best Value" awards by Network Computing, the company's WLAN security system was recently awarded a "Best Buy" and "Recommended" by SC Magazine.
